We are establishing a self-sustaining network of micro entrepreneurs as a channel to service the unmet needs of people in rural and semi urban areas. We are starting with Nagpur and Bhandara districts in Maharashtra state where we are creating a network of 400 women micro entrepreneurs named as 'Grameen Mitra'.  Grameen Mitras, equipped with Smart Phone and other electronic devices, will be delivering most relevant products and services as per the need of people in their local vicinity.

We would leverage this network of micro entrepreneurs to provide a host of products and services like digital financial services, skill development, rooftop solar, water ATMs etc. As is mirrored in the selection of products and services, this model will, on one hand create income for the micro entrepreneur, and on the other hand offer such value to customers, which will help improve their financial health as well. On top of this, we are trying to create women entrepreneurs, which will further ensure better financial health of their entire families.

We feel proud to share that our vision has found support from Grameen Foundation who is partnering closely with us in this journey. We have partnered with different service providers and product companies to provide services and products to rural and semi urban customers through Grameen Mitras. Some of these services and products are as below.
